In this example, XPS was used to analyse the elemental compostion of the CNTs synthesized by chemical vapor desposition (CVD).  High resolution XPS spectra of  C1s envelope has been resolved as shown. This work was part of a study to determine the effects of various preparation proccesses on the CNTs surface.
